Return pick up will be initiated in 2 -3 business days, once you reach out to us. It might take 3-5 business days for the reverse pick up, 5-7 business days to reach the warehouse.
Once your product is received at the warehouse, our quality control team checks and approves the returned products within 48 business hours. Your exchange product / refund / credit note is sent out immediately after the QC approval.
For product exchange it is the same time line of 5-7 business days, refund reflects in your bank account within few minutes - 10 days depending on your bank, credit note is shared instantly to your email id.
